Cable pantographs allows the safe positioning of lighting equipment in studios with a ceiling height up to 7m. The extruded aluminium sections of the scissors ensures high tortional rigidity. The self locking worm-gear drive and the use of oversized ø3mm steel cables, allows a safe and reliable operation of the equipment. The cable pantographs are equipped with an overload device to make sure that the safe working load will not be exceeded. The powder coated metal construction guarantees durability in professional environment. The standard lighting circuit is a 3 x 2,5mm² cable with rubber jacket and CEE17 16A connectors.
Motorized pantographs allows a fast and comfortable positioning of luminaires in studios with a ceiling height up to 12m. The square-shape scissorrs elements ensure best tortional rigidity. For the standard version, the UP / DOWN operation is done by means of a rotatable cup switch. Product versions for external operation from a control panel or an automated suspension control system are available. The motorized pantographs can be attached to tubes by means of a tube trolley, they can be operated with motorized trolleys ST200 or ST300 or can be fixed to the existing ceiling subconstruction. The standard lighting circuit is a 3 x 2,5mm² cable with rubber jacket and CEE17 16A connectors.

The tax cable with 15-m length is enough for most uses, a lengthening is optionally available.
Motorized telescopes ceiling version are often used in automated studios, together with the motorized trolley ST200 or ST300. These hoists are suitable for studios with a ceiling height up to 16,5m. SYSTEC telescopes are equipped with a low torsion stainless steel telescopic tube set. A special design minimizes the clearance within the tube set. For improved cable guiding a special preformed multicore helix cable is available as option. Studios with ceiling telescopes are usually controlled by means of a computerized suspension control system. A wide range of accessories and options are available, that allows individual configuration according customers specification.
Motorized telescopes grid version, are the preferred suspension solution for studios with a square-sloted grid construction, with a grid height up to 14,5m. A food actuated lifting mechanism (option) allows the comfortable rotation of the telescope for realignment in slot intersections. For improved cable guiding a special preformed multicore helix cable is available as option. The vertical movement of attached lighting equipment is possible from the control box on the telescope or from a central suspension control system (option). The horizontal movement of the telescope can be done manually or motorized (option).
The small Remote Head for DV/HDV for cameras up to 5.5 kg, dead weight only 2.0 kg is the ideal travelling companion.
The Remote-Head finds not only in the production everyday life his use, but is also
in the area of Education and continuing education, e.g., in the medicine very much asked.
In addition, he is of the lightest 2/3 axes Remote - Head of his class!
The control unit with infinitely variable speed regulation, changeover switches for direction, connections for DC IN, video out, lanc. in, fully every claim.
The tax cable with 7-m length is enough for most uses, a lengthening is optionally available.
The adjustable camera plate provides for an optimum counterweight.
Topas luminaires are the most recommended lighting solution whenever soft lights are requested. They have an extremely consistent light distribution over a large beam angle. Depending on the used fluorescent tubes, they can be mixed with halogen or daylight spot lights. Because of the high light-output efficiency, they generate very little heat. The newly developed electronics allow a flicker-free operation with a linear dimming range of 10 to 100%. The dimming can be controlled manually by a local dimmer or any DMX-capable lighting control device. The design of the housing and the arrangement of the tubes guarantee best cooling conditions, a very important premise for constant color temperature of the light. The selected DMX channel is shown on a big display. Every luminaire is equipped with mains IN and OUT and DMX IN and OUT sockets. This allows a daisy chain of several luminaires. A large range of accessories ensures easy and flexible integration into any studio.
The Teleclimber is a selfclimbing hoist, ideal to be used in large studios with a ceiling height up to 13m. For fixation it does not need a grid, it is installed on C-tracks directly onto the studio ceiling. Three standard versions with different extension and many mechanical and electrical product options are available. This makes the Teleclimber a powerfull tool for multipurpose studios. SYSTEC Teleclimbers are lightweight but take payloads up to 140kg on a UTS load barrel with 3m standard length.
The ASTRO remote heads are supplied with a digital control unit. The heads movement is operated with a sensitive joystick, max. speed controller and reverse switches for every axis. LEDs inform about the actual operating mode and battery charge condition. An easy programmable roll axis reference position allows a fast orientation of the remote head.
Drop arms are a simple suspension solution, for applications in which the height of the lighting equipment is not needed to be often changed. This applies for cyclorama luminaires, or studios with seldom changing lighting setup. Drop arms are available in two versions: • SDAT - telescopic drop arms with adjustable length • SDAF - drop arms with fix length The adjustment of the telescopic drop arms can be done very fast, by tightening only one screw. The standardized top fixation with 28mm spigot and load attachment with 28/16mm DIN socket allows flexible operation of this equipment. The SYSTEC drop arms are designed according actual release of DIN 15560 part 46.
he Gridclimber is the best suspension solution for studio layouts with walkable grid and if barrel hoists are requested. The driving unit is fixed on the grid and allows a comfortable service of the equipment. The linear winding drums guarantees an even movement for grids up to a height of 17m. The SGC26 is the hanging version of the Gridclimber, equipped with two trolleys that will be installed on I-beams and allows a horizontal movement.
Scenery hoists are used for lifting and holding decoration elements or aluminium truss systems on which luminaires or other equipment can be attached. The SYSTEC scenery hoist is equipped with a linear winding drum, for best results in combination with a positioning system (option). Depending on studio layout, a grid (SSHG) or a ceiling hanging (SSHC) version are available. The ceiling hanging version is usually attached onto a motorized trolley ST moving on I-beams IPN200 or IPN300. Scenery hoists can be fully integrated in the suspension control system, if requested a load measuring unit is available (option).
The manual control system offers the operator the possibility to control the upward and downward movement of hoists, from a central control panel equipped with push buttons for every hoist. This solution is o"en used for small studios or even for big studios with limited budget.
The ESC system (Enhanced Studio Control) provides you an universal, modular control system for the complete range of fixed mounted or power track mounted hoists, that complies with the relevant safety standards DIN15560-46 and the Machinery Directive 98/37/EC. This control system allows a comfortable operation of suspension equipment and is a powerfull tool for controlling large installations. The ESC follows the directive: easy planning, easy installation, and comfortable and safe operation. The ESC is able to control a high number of even different type of hoists with up to three axis: vertical, horizontal, and rotation. Variable speed is available for precise positioning and smooth acceleration. This allows a cost effective grid construction and extends lifetime of hoists and equipment attached. Depending on configuration, different levels of emergency operation are provided. Control consoles are tailored to the customers needs as wall mounted or desktop style. A big touch screen monitor shows the topografic layout of the studio and informs about any changes of the hoist status or position in real time. Robust remote controls with long standing battery operation allows a flexible setup of studio scenery and lighting equipment, and can be added as needed. Standard control operations, group and memory functions are handled with intuitive touch screen operations from control panel or handheld remote control. Privilege levels can be assigned to different types of users, like scenery or studio lighting personnel. The embedded DMX feature with high update rate, significantly reduces costs for power track mounted systems. An investment into ESC is safe, as there is a dedicated upgrade path for functions and devices.
